My brother is 21 years old and has Autism. He still believes in Santa and looks forward to his visit every single year. My boyfriend, Jake, dressed up as Santa last night and delivered presents to him. Trevor had no idea that this was Jake, and truly believed that Santa Claus had come to visit him. It was a very special evening. I am truly blessed to have the family that I have!
