Seeds of Happiness

Seeds of Happiness started in 2006 when artist Mark Borella turned left over lumps of clay into smiles to give to friends who were going through a tough time and needed a smile. It started with one friend who needed a smile but then Mark continued to create these smiles. He handed them out to friends and soon these Seeds of Happiness took off on Facebook. 18 months ago, Mark officially launched Seeds of Happiness for retail sale. He has given out thousands of smiles to people from the United States to Africa, Australia and more. As a result, people share their stories of the Seeds and let him know what a difference these little smiles make.
