Seven years ago, Gail Dosik left her job and followed her sweet tooth. She attended The French Culinary Institute in New York, NY, and received her grand diplôme in Pastry Arts. Then, Gail apprenticed and worked with cake decorators, cookie mavens and a bakery. When she felt ready for entrepreneurship, Gail started One Tough Cookie, a bakery specializing in personalized custom cookies and cakes. She aims to make people smile with her sugary sweet creations.
