Seven years ago, Gail Dosik left her job and followed her sweet tooth. She attended The French Culinary Institute in New York, NY, and received her grand dipl√īme in Pastry Arts. Then, Gail apprenticed and worked with cake decorators, cookie mavens and a bakery.
